Did you forget how fun yoga is?
The answer is yes! I haven’t done yoga in a long while. Not because I don’t enjoy it, but simply because life was moving too fast for me.
I got so caught up in trying to do this and trying to do that. Needless to say, I finally made my way back onto the mat. Ohh what a feeling..
For a second, I was beginning to lose flexibility in my back and control over my mental well being. After a few classes I’m back and ready to go.
Today’s class consisted of a sculpt Vinyasa flow with light weights. The room was heated to 92-95 degrees for a great sweat. If you haven’t tried it out, you definitely should.
Lastly, no matter what you do always listen and take care of your body!
