Did you forget how fun yoga is? The answer is yes! I haven’t done yoga in a long while. Not because I don’t enjoy it, but simply because life was moving too fast for me. I got so caught up in trying to do this and trying to do that. Needless to say, I finally made my way back onto the mat. Ohh what a feeling..
